Use these notes when preparing a quote request. If you do not know every detail, call with what you have.

Fastener Type

Identify whether the need is a bolt, screw, nut, washer, anchor, threaded rod, fitting, clamp, rivet, or tool/accessory.

Size & Thread

Include diameter, length, thread count or pitch, head style, and any sample/photo details that can prevent mismatch.

Grade & Material

Grade 5, grade 8, stainless, galvanized, zinc, metric class, brass, bronze, nylon, or specialty material requirements all matter.

Quantity

Share count, box quantity, bin restocking level, or estimated project quantity so pricing and availability can be checked correctly.

Use Environment

Indoor, outdoor, wet, corrosive, structural, equipment, or decorative use can change the right finish or material.

Timing

Tell us if it is urgent, planned replenishment, pickup, delivery, or a recurring account need.
